The first question Ellen Thompson, NIKE North America Quality Assurance Manager, asked after attending her first "Neuroscience of Learning" presentation at NIKE World HQ was, "Why wasn't I taught this in school?  Why isn't this taught everywhere!?!"

Two years later,  she entered into Brain-centric Instructional Designer (BcID) Certification study with BcD founders Rich Carr and Kieran O'Mahony, PhD.  She also served as Subject Matter Expert for Brain-centric Design's implementation of Selling Is Service, having jaw-dropping sales results globally, the instant it hit the production floor.

Ellen Thompson became Brain-centric Design's first Certified Brain-centric Instructional Designer (BcID), graduating in 2018.
